6º – I’m a Cyborg, But That’s OK (Chan-wook Park, 2006)
The film will tell us the story of Cha Young-goon, a young woman, who ends up being hospitalized in a psychiatric clinic after having an outbreak and nearly killing himself. Cha is diagnosed with psychosis and will have to learn how to deal with her condition as well as deal with the other patients around her. The plot will focus, during the 105 minutes of film, in this new way of life of the young woman, will make a cathartic therapy of the family nightmares of Cha and will show the dismemberment of one of the most beautiful novels already brought to the cinema.
