5º – The Silence (John R. Leonetti, 2019)
The plot of the film the journey for survival of a family after mysterious creatures that hunt for sound decimate great part of the population. Well, we have here a horrible film in all its aspects, not even serving as entertainment to laugh at ridicule. The sad point of this experience is the presence of the great actor Stanley Tucci commanding the main character. Tucci thought he was in a new ‘Bird Box’ or ‘A Quiet Place’ and really delivers a very committed performance. It must have been a shock for him to see the final result.
4º – Who’s Harry Crumb? (Paul Flaherty, 1989)
We’ll be following the adventures of an unusual private detective. Nourishing as the only positive point the presence of John Candy as the protagonist, ‘Who’s Harry Crumb?’ is a comedy that fails in all aspects of the genre, telling a not funny story that is completely incapable of provoking laughter in the spectator.
