3º – The Woman Next Door (François Truffaut, 1981)
A married man moves with his wife to a house in a small French province. However, the man eventually discovers that his neighbor is a woman with whom he had had an intense relationship in the past, awakening in them both something different and potentially destructive. Belonging to the cinema of François Truffaut, ‘The Woman Next Door’ chooses to present positive and negative visions about love and obsession, leading a story that begins in a slow way, but ends up, eventually, gaining its dynamicity and ending of form magic.
