After being rejected by his wealthy French wife and completely out of money, a Polish immigrant has to return to his country to rebuild his life. The film gains its substance when the man gets a job, forms a business, gets rich and finally decides to seek revenge against the woman he loves. ‘Three Colors: White’ is the second chapter of the acclaimed trilogy of colors, bringing a story that raises a destructive compendium of passion, spelling out how love and hate often go together.
