1º – Das Boot (Wolfgang Petersen, 1981)
In the midst of World War II, we will follow the journey of a German submarine and its crew. The plot gains its strength when the submarine is struck by enemy forces, leaving its crew on an unlikely mission for survival. Claustrophobic, ‘Das Boot’ transposes to the viewer a niche little explored in the arc wars in the seventh art, evidencing an antagonist invisible to the central personages, who fight to keep the submarine struck operating against all odds.
