Alternating comedy and drama, the film shows the degree of normality in some difficult instances of life, such as death, illness and abandonment, never attenuating the concepts worked out. A great film, also featuring a masterful performance by the legendary Dustin Hoffman.
2º – While We’re Young (Noah Baumbach, 2014)A middle-aged couple sees in the figure of a young man the chance to relive pleasant fragments of the past, forming a friendship with the boy. However, this search for a past that no longer exists will only bring more suffering to the couple: ‘While We’re Young’ is an impacting comedy, provoking their mood situations with difficult issues in the lives of their central characters.
1º – The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller, 2013)Tired of his insomniac routine and little substantial in his work, a man decides to start a journey around the world, coming to know a whole new reality in his life. Directed and starred by Ben Stiller, ‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ takes advantage of a sense of adventure that dominates each scene, highlighting the natural elements of the world as an active part in the film and the life of his central character.
