7º – Dracula (Tod Browning, 1931)
In the plot, we will follow in the footsteps of Count Dracula during his bloody stay in England. Horror masterpiece of the 1930s, ‘Dracula’ shaped the paths of the genre, using a wraparound story, a crude exposition of an effective terror and an irreproachable performance of Bela Lugosi as protagonist.
6º – Nosferatu (F.W. Murnau, 1922)
In the most well-known and well-read adaptation of Bram Stoker’s novel, we will see all the traditional steps of a vampire in his incessant search for the wife of a man who had bureaucratic services for him. ‘Nosferatu’ remains preserved by time, having an aesthetic construction that enchants even almost one hundred years after its launch. Horror movie masterpiece.
