5º – Husbands (John Cassavetes, 1970)
The death of a friend causes three men to review every aspect of their lives. Together, the three resolve to begin a quest to return to what made them men and, above all, friends. A simple conversation about everyday issues takes on a preponderant role for the satisfaction of each of the three friends. ‘The Husbands’ is a film about the power of friendship, something so neglected in our current society, but so important to life itself.
