8º – Million Dollar Baby (Clint Eastwood, 2004)
An average girl takes an interest in boxing, starts training, meets a dedicated coach and starts a successful career in the sport. However, not every trajectory is without problems and the girl will discover this in a cruel way. Sad, ‘Million Dollar Baby’ shows how life sometimes puts us in situations beyond our control, pondering the idea of destiny, the importance of those we love and the power of overcoming contained in each.
