7º – Blue Is the Warmest Color (Abdellatif Kechiche, 2013)
The film explores the discovery of sexuality by two young women, showing the hot contrasts of the relationship between them. Permeated by warmer scenes, ‘Blue Is the Warmest Color’ is not a film for all audiences, with a concise story but sometimes loses its essence in the dozens of plans with very strong graphic content. However, here we have a film that manages to penetrate to all the changes contained in the world, disintegrating every fragment of the most turbulent period of youth.
6º – Dirty Dancing (Emile Ardolino, 1987)
A traditional family decides to spend the summer holidays in a small and cozy resort. Instead, one of the family members, the young Baby Houseman, will fall in love with one of the dancers who make up the local staff, initiating a forbidden romance with him. Pearl of the late 1980s, ‘Dirty Dancing’ uses the traditional, conservative figure of the 1960s to give dynamism to the scenes arc, taking its place in the head of the seventh art fans.
