However, just like this machine, a man is also sent from the future to try to save the woman, resulting in a frantic hunt. ‘The Terminator’ is the film that gave James Cameron his first success. Everything in the film works, merging suspense, science fiction and action in the right measure.
1º – Scarface (Brian De Palma, 1983)A Cuban immigrant arrives at the bustling scene of Miami in the 1980s, beginning an incessant search for the figure of power. Brian De Palma’s masterpiece, ‘Scarface’ uses its 170 minutes of driving dynamically, capturing much of the life of its central character with its rise to power and impending overthrow of madness. Here, we will still have the opportunity to see one of the highest quality performances of the seventh art, with the unique performance of Al Pacino as the iconic Tony Montana.
