1º – Jaws (Steven Spielberg, 1975)Responsible for boosting Steven Spielberg’s career in the midst of the seventh art, ‘Jaws’ brings in his plot the story of a white shark of abnormal proportions who starts to terrorize a beach, attacking its visitors at sea. The film will gain momentum as some individuals, spearheaded by the local sheriff’s efforts, decide to try to stop the shark from continuing to plague the beach. Suspense first, working to fully capture the attention of its viewer, the film continues to impress by its extreme quality to the present day.
