4º – Jurassic Park (Steven Spielberg, 1993)
One of the greatest hits of the adventure genre, ‘Jurassic Park’ brings in its plot a story about a park of real dinosaurs conceived by scientific miracles performed with fragments of DNA. Special effects, direction and soundtrack find their best, providing an interesting film, characterizing itself as a great entertainment option.
3º – Raiders of the Lost Ark (Steven Spielberg, 1981)
In 1936, an archeologist thirsty for adventures is hired by the American government to find a relic lost before the Nazis. Fantastic in every minute of its length, the film is one of the biggest and best names when we talk about the adventure genre and the 1980s. The Indiana Jones saga would still last for three more great movies after this.
2º – Schindler’s List (Steven Spielberg, 1993)
After witnessing Nazi persecutions of the Nazis in World War II, a businessman ends up with moral dilemmas about the right thing to do about the situation and the consequences that could be done to his security. Steven Spielberg’s masterpiece and one of the finest films on an exacerbated historical period of the twentieth century.
1º – Jaws (Steven Spielberg, 1975)
Responsible for boosting Steven Spielberg’s career in the midst of the seventh art, ‘Jaws’ brings in his plot the story of a white shark of abnormal proportions who starts to terrorize a beach, attacking its visitors at sea. The film will gain momentum as some individuals, spearheaded by the local sheriff’s efforts, decide to try to stop the shark from continuing to plague the beach. Suspense first, working to fully capture the attention of its viewer, the film continues to impress by its extreme quality to the present day.
