8º – The Lincoln Lawyer (Brad Furman, 2011)
In the plot, a lawyer accepts a new case, defending a man from a charge of aggression against a woman. The movie gains its substance when the lawyer begins to question whether his client is really innocent in the case. ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ questions the moral and ethical principles of law, making the spectator, as well as his central character, doubt and reflect on some delicate issues.
