We will follow a ghost’s journey through time, seeing his interaction with the place and with people in a space of many, many years. ‘A Ghost Story’ is an existential film that can move us. It even starts a little slow and seems simple, but as we move forward, we become aware of the great film we have at hand. Everything related to life is approached by the work, moving us and scaring us with things inherent to existence.

A unique chance to see Al Pacino and Robert De Niro together in a Martin Scorsese film, ‘The Irishman’ is more films about the mafia of the director’s career that stands out as a true masterpiece. An intelligent film, well directed, with performances that border on perfection and a dynamic in every scene that impresses. The highlight of the film in the field of acting, despite having great performances from the two legends mentioned above, is actor Joe Pesci, who gets one of the greatest performances of his brilliant career.
1º – Nightcrawler (Dan Gilroy, 2014)
An unemployed man finds a job as an amateur cameraman for a TV station. As he begins to perform his new work routines, the man finds himself increasingly obsessed with the intricacies of the images he captures, breaking with his former moral constructions. ‘Nightcrawler’ is unorthodox from the first to the last scene, exposing the viewer to a powerful and irresistible plot. Here, the theme of this list is inserted in the central character, who, facing a new reality, only finds calm in his life when he reaches higher and higher levels of the work he has decided to do.
