7º – Mystic River (Clint Eastwood, 2003)The film works on the lives of some friends, showing the changes in their routines after a tragedy strikes one of them. Here, we will see a film that is difficult to digest. The plot is sad, it shows how low we can go through the despair of certain situations, never attenuating some facts that move the story. To complete, we will still have a formidable performance by actor Sean Penn at the head of the film.
6º – Videodrome (David Cronenberg, 1983)A small television channel producer acquires a new attraction that promises to capture a lot of audience. However, this new attraction turns out to be more gloomy than it seemed, putting the sanity of man at risk. ‘Videodrome’ presents an involving atmosphere, completely absorbing the viewer’s attention to the events of the story.
