We list ten rather long films that are true masterpieces. Here, in this list, we always try to include works that succeed in their proposals precisely because they can count them in a concise way, always disrupting the personalities of each character in long hours of projection.
10º – Lawrence of Arabia (David Lean, 1962) – 228 min.
The film shows the adventure of an English officer in the quest to lead an Arab tribe to combat the Turks in the midst of World War I. The more than three hours faced by the viewer are rewarding with each passing minute.

9º – Winter Sleep (Nuri Bilge Ceylan, 2014) – 196 min.
A retired actor runs an isolated hotel in central Anatolian area and has to deal with the riots with the locals and with his own family. ‘Winter Sleep’ is a film about human behavior and its exacerbations. The film will use all 196 minutes of its duration to unravel what comprises all the bases of the personality of the protagonist and his inability to change the synthesis of his attitudes with the world.
