7º – Snowpiercer (Joon-ho Bong, 2013)In an apocalyptic world of the future, life has been extinguished in its usual form, with only a few people left inside a train that travels around the globe. Directed by Korean Joon-ho Bong, ‘Snowpiercer’ is a uniquely conceived film. Everything exhibited there ends up entertaining his spectator. Both the visual effects and the well-tied plot can make the film frenetic.
6º – The Darjeeling Limited (Wes Anderson, 2007)Three brothers embark on a train trip to visit their mother, trying, along the way, to reconnect and deal with the recent death of their father. Belonging to Wes Anderson’s spectacular cinema, ‘The Darjeeling Limited’ manages to bring the spectator thorny concepts without, however, letting the film lose its comic atmosphere.
