10 Forgotten Movies of Woody Allen

4º – September (Woody Allen, 1987)In a country house in Vermont, we will enter into a tangle of unrequited love relationships, spelling out the erratic behavior of each individual present in the place. Committed cast, concise plot and short length make ‘September’ a comprehensive and dynamic film, working with several different characters.

3º – Husbands and Wives (Woody Allen, 1992)After discovering that a couple of close friends are separating, Gabe and Judy, individuals in a relationship (apparently living a perfect marriage), begin to glimpse problems in their own daily lives, wondering about their future ways.

2º – A Midsummer Night’s Sex Comedy (Woody Allen, 1982)Three couples gather in a cottage for a few quiet days, without, however, thinking that the experience would be more intense than they imagined. We will spend the short 88 minutes of the duration of the plot inserted in the daily life of the characters, noting their anguish and pleasures, and realizing their instinctive senses arise. Comedy fun, light and with great performances that certainly deserved a greater recognition within the filmography of Woody Allen.

1º – Interiors (Woody Allen, 1978)Woody Allen’s Homage to Ingmar Bergman’s ‘Cries and Whispers’ classic ‘Interiors’ brings the life of incongruities of three sisters that ends up in a tangle of uncertainty when they find out that their parents are getting divorced. A cathartic experience of the synthesis of the erratic behavior of the human being, the film is a treat for the spectators assiduous by the similarities exposed in the works of Allen and Bergman.
