7º – Escape from Alcatraz (Don Siegel, 1979)
The plot shows the mission almost impossible to escape from a maximum security prison of three daring prisoners. ‘Escape from Alcatraz’ is unretouchable from beginning to end, bringing a fabulous direction from filmmaker Don Siegel, who can bring dynamism to improbable plans, an engaging story and a good cast, headed by Clint Eastwood.
6º – The Shawshank Redemption (Frank Darabont, 1994)
A man wrongly convicted of his wife’s murder will have to rediscover his life inside a prison, meeting some people and incredible stories of the place. ‘The Shawshank Redemption’ is a film that touches his spectator from the first to the last minute, showing the adaptive factor found in the human being.
