3º – Terror Train (Roger Spottiswoode, 1980)
Some university students decide to celebrate the end of college at a big party aboard an old tourism train. However, what should be just fun ends up becoming a real nightmare when a psychopath begins to exterminate several of the crew members, in an act possibly linked to a cruel event from the past. Unappreciated in the great 1980s, ‘Terror Train’ is an irresistible film of the genre. The idea of bringing the horror scene into a moving train falls perfectly into the proposed slasher aura, with a unique creation of an atmosphere of envy. The film still has as its protagonist the muse of horror cinema at the time, the beautiful and talented Jamie Lee Curtis.

Another productive production of the partnership between James Cameron and Arnold Schwarzenegger, ‘True Lies’ presents the most usual of their careers. A film brings a lot of action, a busy plot and a set of actors that give the final charm to the work.

A teenager is tormented by a madman who terrorizes the city, leaving victims wherever she goes. Now, it’s up to her to run away from the individual, as well as discover his motivations for wanting his death. A landmark of horror cinema, ‘Halloween’ manages to raise a concise plot, a unique atmosphere of mystery and one of the most emblematic soundtracks of its kind.
