Mr. Freeze is haunting Gotham, causing chaos in his quest for revenge. Now it’s up to ‘Batman and Robin’ to bring peace back to the city. Bad and slightly bizarre, this film has several pathetic scene cut-outs, mixed with a meaningless plot, weak performances, and even a rather dubious conception of our beloved Batman’s uniform.
